Lethbridge police have initiated an investigation following the discovery of a body in a motel room on Saturday. Authorities have categorized the death as suspicious, but additional details remain undisclosed as the probe continues. This marks the second sudden death reported in the southern Alberta city since Christmas Day. Previously, police announced the investigation of a 13-year-old boy’s death, whose body was found on Boxing Day near a business on the city’s south side. While officials have not yet classified the boy’s death as suspicious, an autopsy is scheduled to occur in Calgary next week.
