For the second time this week in the Montreal area a young adult collides with a snow removal vehicle. Earlier this week A 20-year-old man died after a collision involving a snow removal truck in Saint-Leonard.
Last night, January 26, a 23-year-old driver crashed into a snow plow on Highway 40 in Kirkland. According to police, the driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The snow plow driver who was clearing the snow near the St. Charles exit suffered minor injuries. Police say alcohol may have played a part in the accident.
Details are under investigation.
