The first annual West Island Cancer Wellness Centre Christmas Bazaar was a stunning success. More than 40 vendors joined forces for what turned out to be a very festive holiday bazaar with everything from soup to nuts on sale benefitting WICWC.

Lisa Johnson, one of the organizers, was very pleased with the success of the event.

“We have had such a great turnout people are already signing up for next year,” Johnson said with a smile. “We had a great organizing team that made it all possible. Thanks to Maggie Costa, Patricia Price, Storm Leutner, Maria Smirnov. We are looking forward to next year!”

Vendors were spread out over the three floors of the WICWC.

“It gives the community a chance to come inside the Centre under less intimidating circumstances,” Johnson continued. “It is so beautifully decorated for the holidays.”
