1638

On Sunday, June 16, from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., join Dorval resident author and Canadian Infantry veteran, Dave Morrow, at the Dorval Library for the launch of his book The Nimble Warrior.

After having sustained a life-changing injury during his deployment in Afghanistan, Dave Morrow became a certified trainer and embarked on a personal mission to help prevent injuries and help others with rehabilitation. The Nimble Warrior is a book to serve fellow veterans, first-responders, and anyone interested in fitness and mobility. The author has compiled some of the best mobility exercises he used to get himself from being bedridden to fit enough to compete in demanding physical competitions such as the CrossFit Open, Spartan Races, and triathlons.
