The 6th edition of AJOI’s fundraising AJOI talent show is being prepared once again. For the third time, the show will be hosted at the wonderful Collège Beaubois theatre. Come early and enjoy a welcome cocktail and meet AJOI’s amazing AJOI staff and participating artists! As usual, many fundraising activities and draws as well as a bar and a coat check will be available for you. This year’s show is themed after “Les Années 70”!  Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

6 à Huîtres” Fundraiser

This unique event features an oyster bar, specialty cocktails, a 3-course dinner service, guest speakers, and a silent auction of wonderful prizes. It is part of a series of events in our 2018 McHappy Day campaign, with the participation of McDonald’s West Island. To buy tickets, please call Linda at 514-694-7090. Montreal Media Celebrity Hockey Marathon 2018 15th Edition

The 15th Annual, Montreal Media Celebrity Hockey Marathon in aid of the Otis Grant and Friends Foundation. Spring is in the air, Join us Saturday, April 14th Pierrefonds Sportplexe.

Empty Bowls / Bols du Partage 2018

During this unique and animated event, guest will be able to choose and enjoy a savoury homestyle soup served in a handmade ceramic bowl made by local potters. In exchange for the entrance fee, participants can keep their chosen bowl as a symbol of all the empty bowls throughout the world. The “Empty Bowls” movement is an International project created to fight hunger. Profits from this event will be given to Bread Basket Lac St-Louis in order for them to help the West Island’s vulnerable population by promoting and educating people about food security.
Tickets for this fundraising activity are on sale at the cost of $25 per adult, which includes the meal and a handmade ceramic bowl. Kids can join the fun for $5 for the meal only.

A Taste of Amcal

This year will mark the 10th edition of the Annual Taste of AMCAL event. This event, designed to raise funds for the ever-present needs of the community we serve, consists of local restaurants and caterers offering a tasting of their menus, coupled with a silent auction.

MLWUC 60th Anniversary Gala Dinner

The Montreal Lakeshore University Women’s Club will celebrate its 60th anniversary with a Gala Dinner at Olympia Reception Hall, on April 18th, 2018 at 6:30p.m. Comedian Lorne Elliott will entertain.  Tickets $60.

Intercultural Youth Music & Dance Festival

The festival’s main goal is to promote intercultural exchanges through music & dance workshops, panel discussions and a showcase and to provide accessibility for the youth of all communities who cannot afford to participate in traditional festivals due to overwhelming registration fees.The festival is a family event open to the public and geared towards youth between the ages of 6 and 20.

Art Vernissage Fundraiser

Local artists have been kind enough to donate art to help raise funds for AHT in a Vernissage auction.Tickets are $15.00 each and include admission and appetizers. Chateau du Lac will also put together a wine selection for the evening that you can purchase at your discretion.
