The Becket Players presents HOOKED ON A FEELING – a musical roller-coaster ride for their upcoming 45th annual charity show. This year’s performance will be presented for the third consecutive year in the ballroom of the Dollard Community Center, located at 12001 Boulevard de Salaberry in Dollard des Ormeaux, Quebec. Show dates are May 3rd & 4th, and May 10th & 11th 2019 at 8:00 pm with two matinees on May 4th & 11th 2019 at 1:00 pm. All proceeds will be donated to three local charities:
WIAIH – West Island Association for the intellectually handicapped and their project for; The KIZMET Centre. The solution to producing happy, productive Children, adolescents, adults and a strong community
AJOI offers street outreach work intervention services to at-risk youth aged from 12 to 25 years old in the West Island of Montreal
The Sian Bradwell Fund was started in 1986, to help children with cancer and their families by purchasing medical equipment for diagnosis, treatment and research

This year’s tickets will allow participants to experience a diversity of intense emotional vibes that are deeply felt, as they journey through songs about happiness, sadness and anger, and continue to move through themes of love, jealousy and tears, all presented on a stage of unforgettable and diverse musical performances. Ultimately, in the end, as the show scales through the path of inner strength, a selection of powerful and inspiring songs help build up the momentum and carry everyone back to an anticipated moment of «grand finale» excitement.

Based in Montreal, Quebec, Becket Players is a federally chartered, long-standing, non-profit organization dedicated to advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by providing the public with a high-quality variety show with our proceeds going specifically for children’s needs. Over the past 44 years, they have raised over $3.5 million dollars to help children, locally by supporting their medical, nutritional and educational needs.
Over 300 volunteers make up the backbone of the Becket Players. Every single member of the Becket Players, from the setup crew, to the performers, and the Board of Governors that administer the organization, are unpaid volunteers. In 2007, the Becket Players won the Accolades Award from the West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce for “Exceptional Community Involvement” and they continue to strive to be community conscious. In 2016 they won the National Merck award for “Neighbor of Choice” for building strong and vibrant communities by promoting a healthier society and preserving the environment.
