Beacon Hill Elementary is very proud to have been chosen to be one of the 150 communities and organizations from coast to coast to receive a spectacular 150th Celebration Garden. 150,000 tulip bulbs are being planted in all Canada this fall to say “Happy Birthday Canada” next year.

Thank you to the Canadian Garden Council / Conseil canadien du jardin and to Veseys Seeds Ltd. for their generous donation. Each garden consists of 1,000 red and white tulip bulbs to be planted this fall and bloom next spring just in time to say “Happy Birthday to Our Home and Native Land.

The gardens will be listed here (bookmark it for spring):http://www.canadasgardenroute.ca/
