The city of Dollard-des-Ormeaux is preparing a new Urban Planning Programme that will define how the city grows over time and what policies will be in place to support local economic growth and guide the physical development and evolution of the community over the next 10 to 15 years. The purpose of this Programme is to position the city of Dollard-des-Ormeaux to be flexible, dynamic and, above all, a city where people want to live, work and play.

To ensure that the needs and aspirations of the greatest number of residents are reflected in the new Urban Planning Programme, the City has chosen a participatory and inclusive approach. Until March 25, 2020, residents are encouraged to participate in the first phase of the consultation process by completing the confidential Community Engagement Survey available on the City’s website at www.ville.ddo.qc.ca/en/survey. Paper copies are also available at the library, City Hall and the Urban Planning and Engineering Department.
