What better way to honour your Mother but a delicious brunch in an elegant and modern atmosphere?
The Bijou, in Dorval, has you covered. The list of possibilities will please every palette. Starting out with a mini yogurt cocktail parfait with berries. Followed by a salad bar that has everything from soup to nuts – literally. From asparagus, prosciutto, orange segments to poached tiger shrimps in a salted herb broth, avocado & lime creamy salsa it is simply too much to list. There is even an omelet bar.
The in house bakery will be serving delicious baked goods, cold cuts and local cheeses, grilled chorizo, organic Charlevoix sausage, prosciutto di Parma, terrines and pâtés not to mention smoked salmon prosciutto and candied salmon.
Hot out of the oven there will be delights such as roasted salmon filet, multi-colored mini tomatoes and dill sauce – grilled chicken strips, fresh mango, sesame oil and coconut milk rice. Mini cannelloni stuffed with braised rabbit, grilled chorizo, wild mushrooms and smoked Oka – seasonal vegetables, fingerling potatoes with fine herbs, crispy mini turkey and bacon sausages.
The point is there is enough choice to please everyone and Mom is off the hook for the dishes.
Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a cost of $49 per person plus taxes & service. Half price for children 12 years and under and free for children 5 years and under.
Parking as always at Bijou is free for four hours.
