1. DDO Library Pumpkin Decorating Contest
Have fun decorating a pumpkin inspired by one of Alice in Wonderland’s characters. Bring your pumpkin to the library between Oct 20th and 27th. The contest is free for library members and $3.00 for non-members. Registration is required.

2. Hudson Halloween Teen Dance Party

3. Halloween Themed Parent Appreciation Day
Join us for Grandir Ensemble/Growing Together’s Parent Appreciation Day! There will be Halloween crafts and games, face painting, inflatable toys, and a community fair – a whole lot of fun for parents and children!

6. Hudson Halloween Party with Repti Zoo
The annual Halloween Party is almost here so prepare yourself for an event that’s sure to give your kids goosebumps! This year’s theme is CREEPY CRAWLIES! A great outing for kids 3 to 10 years of age. Free for Hudson residents (with proof of residence), $4 per child for non-residents, cash only.

12. Halloween in the Haunted Forest
Strange things are happening this Halloween at the Morgan Arboretum! Enjoy the serene peace of the forest at night, some fun frights and of course candy for all! All ages welcome. Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult. Length of walk: 750 meters one way. 1.5 kilometers total. Adults: $10 / Children: $5. Bring a flashlight or a headlamp and dress appropriately for the weather. And don’t forget to dress up!

13. Halloween on Ice at the Kirkland Arena

14. Lufa Farms Halloween Open House!
Come trick-or-treating at Lufa’s rooftop farm during their Halloween Open House, Saturday, October 28 (French tours) and Sunday, October 29 (English tours). Meet the team and see how they grow veggies on Montreal rooftops all year long. You’ll also be able to meet some of their partner farmers and try some seasonal treats. (Annnd a costume contest! If you come ready to trick-or-treat, you can get your photo taken and win a prize!) Be sure to reserve your spot (tickets are free)!

Interested in mysterious murders, haunted barns, and bird ghosts? Le Nichoir’s volunteers have organized a scary Halloween night, bird-style. Don’t forget your costume, a flashlight and be prepared to be scared!
