2Pumpkin Decorating Contest

It’s time to show off those pumpkin carving skills! Enjoy decorating your pumpkin at home or the Halte-Biblio on October 26. When your masterpiece is finished, bring it to the library between October 24th and 30th. Fun prizes are up for grabs!

3Halloween on Ice at the Kirkland Arena

4Halloween in the Haunted Forest

Dress up and come out on the trails for a night walk in the woods! Take a chance to meet creatures of the forests as they morph and squeal! Chalet Pruche will be open to hordes of elves, ferries, monsters and any other creatures who show up. All ages welcome. Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult. Length of walk: 1.5 km total. Adults: $10 / Children: $5 (entrance, parking and tax included). Bring flashlights or a headlamp and dress appropriately for the weather.

5Halloween at the Zoo!

The Ecomuseum Zoo invites families to enjoy the fall colours and the Halloween festivities at the only outdoor zoo on the island of Montréal. On the weekends of October 19th– 20th and 26th –27th, the zoo is offering quite frightening discount indeed: all children who will come to the zoo with a costume on will enjoy a 50% discount on the regular admission price!

8Spooktacular Cake and Cookie Decorating

9D.D.O. Pumpkin Drive

Royal LePage Village DDO will be hosting its annual pumpkin drive as Shelter Foundation charity fundraiser, in support of the West Island Women’s Shelter. 10Imperium Danse’s Halloween Ball!

12Little Hands – Scary Halloween
