Cycle Paul in the Pointe-Claire Village partnered with Bistro Pointe-Claire, Orobru, Labatt, CHOM 97.7, Le Chateau and Auvitec Ltee will be hosting a BBQ,BEERS & BRATS Fundraiser.
BBQ,BEERS & BRATS will help support AJOI a local non-profit organization that helps troubled youth in our community.
There will be live performances by Stefanie Parnell and other young, local, talented singers. Everyone in the community is invited and encouraged to come out and support AJOI and their mission. All donations will be welcome and are tax deductible.
AJOI has been helping troubled youth in the West Island since 2007. AJOI has 8 outreach workers covering 10 different municipalities and 6 park animators. The goal is to provide accompaniment, references, job searching, help with housing, mediation, education and prevention of STI’s , first aid, crisis intervention and recreational activities. The West Island hides a reality where 17,525 young people, 18% of which are from 0 to 34 years and are living in areas of social and material deprivation.
